As the Company Top Producer for 2012 and 2009 and a record Top Producer in previous years, Kathy has lived on the Big Island for over 20 years and has a thorough understanding of the real estate market on the Kohala Coast, Kailua- Kona and all of the Big Island. She is an expert in luxury residential, oceanfront, commercial and development properties.

Kathy holds her degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida, Orlando. She has been a record breaking Top Producer from the start of her real estate career, her sales placing her on the top tier of brokers not only on the Big Island, but also in the state of Hawaii. She has won numerous awards in real estate sales such as the Who’s Who in Hawaii Real Estate Award for 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 as well as several mentions in Pacific Business News, including the Book of Lists for Record Sales. Kathy was previously with Coldwell Banker and performed as their Top Producer for several years prior to coming on board in 2009.
